By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. All project specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be documented in writing before work commences.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:
- Deposit required before project commencement
- Milestone payments for larger projects
- Final payment due upon project completion
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work as specified in their agreement. We retain rights to our frameworks, templates, and pre-existing code that may be used in your project.
Work in progress remains our property until final payment is received.
Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on project scope. Delays may occur due to:
- Late provision of required materials or feedback
- Scope changes during the project
- Technical complexities discovered during development
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing required content and materials on time
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Ensuring provided content does not infringe third-party rights
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting issues, or client-provided content.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
