Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been successfully downloaded or accessed.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The product is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side, and
- The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Services (Web Development & Custom Projects)
Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the project scope and stage of work.
- Payments made for completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled before work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered.
Subscriptions (If Applicable)
For subscription-based products or services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- No refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.
